Pathways Project sections are consistent

I very much like the consistency in the Pathways project sections.
I now know what to expect when I open a project for the first time.  They each have the same sections up front and the same sections at the end.  You can see that in the titles when you click the Jump menu at the bottom of your online project page.  The image below shows you the jump menu from each of the projects in Level 1.  Level 1 has the same projects in every Path.

I added the red line to separate the middle section which will be very unique to each project. While every project is indeed different, the page names are the same for the first few sections.  In Level 1 it is always Navigator, Introduction, Your Assignment, Assess Your Skills-Before, and Competencies.  The pages are the same name in the final sections too; Review and Apply, Complete Your Assignment, Your Evaluation, and Assess Your Skills-After.  The picture below shows you it is true also in Level 2.  The "Navigation" page which is just a static image isn't needed anymore in Level 2 but the rest of these page names follow suit.

Level 2 may be a bit different in your Path, but you can rest assured that your projects will have this same pattern.  This will hold true in higher levels too.

You'll see what these consistent sections are for when you go through your first project, the Ice Breaker.  Up front, you'll read a summary of the project and learn what you will need to do to complete it. You'll learn which of the 300 competencies learned in Pathways are part of this project.

After going through your project content, you review what you learned and find out what to do to complete the project.  Your Evaluation page will always have a link to open your evaluation form and other documents plus this is always where you have the option to pull a PDF document of your entire project for printing or browsing.  Knowing this is one reason why you may want to JUMP to this page using the jump menu.

You will evaluate your current skill level by rating statements before you start the project and you will evaluate your skills after your project by submitting a rating to the same questions afterwards.  Assess your skills-after is key to closing the project.

Consistent.  I like that.
